Measures to combat raiding in the field of registration of real estate rights have been strengthened

The Office of Anti-Raiding has created a convenient service for citizens and business representatives, with which you can appeal against decisions, actions, inaction of the state registrar or the territorial body of the Ministry of Justice online, at the link: https://complain.in.ua/

With the help of the service, you can file complaints about the interference of raiders in the business or about real rights to real estate, in particular:

• for the actions of the state registrar within a period not exceeding 60 calendar days;
• to the territorial bodies of the Ministry of Justice, within 15 calendar days. ⠀

However, it should not be forgotten that the time is counted from the moment of the decision or from the day when you learned or could learn about the violation of your rights by action or inaction.

Complaints will not be considered if:

• The complaint is filed by a person who does not have the authority to do so;
• Your complaint has expired.
• there is a judgment or ongoing proceedings in connection with a dispute between the same parties, on the same subject and grounds;
• if the Anti-Raid Office is already reviewing the complaint or there is a decision from the Ministry of Justice on the same issue;
• The complaint concerns decisions, actions or omissions of the state registrar that took place before January 1, 2016;

Complaints against decisions made by state registrars before January 1, 2016 are subject to judicial review only.
