During quarantine you can get the following services:

• registration of new vehicles, but with difficulties due to the procedure of submitting a large package of documents and prior approval of the record;
• re-registration of vehicles in connection with the loss or theft of a car registration certificate;
• restoration of the driver’s license in case of its loss or theft;
• online registration of FOP, change of FOP data, closing of FOP;
• egistration of a limited liability company on the basis of a model charter, or transfer of a legal entity to a model charter;
• registration of capacities of market operators, obtaining operating permits for capacities (facilities);
• obtaining a permit to participate in traffic of vehicles whose weight or dimensions parameters do not exceed the standards;
• registration of the registrar of settlement operations, registration of books of accounting of settlement operations, registration of settlement books, receipt of a copy of registration certificates, are provided in electronic form (the original will be available after the end of quarantine).
• obtaining a fire declaration;
• issuance of a license for import / export of goods;
• issuance of a one-time (individual) license to conduct a foreign trade transaction;
• state registration of the agreement (contract) on joint investment activity with the participation of a foreign investor;
• issuance of a work permit for foreigners (extension, revocation of the permit);

With what services should I wait until the end of quarantine:

• obtaining a permit for storage and carrying (registration, re-registration) of hunting, melee, pneumatic weapons, other items covered by the permit system;
• re-registration of used vehicles;
• registration of income books, due to temporary suspension of their use for the period of quarantine;
• obtaining an extract from the register of single tax payers;
• registration of legal entities and natural persons-entrepreneurs in the CNAP;

* CNAP must provide, however, due to quarantine restrictions there are difficulties in obtaining the following services:

• acceptance of the notice on the beginning of performance of preparatory works, on the beginning of performance of construction works, registration of the declaration on readiness of object for operation, issue of the permission for performance of construction works;
• issuance of a certificate of commissioning of completed facilities;
• issuance of a construction passport for land development;
• providing town-planning conditions and restrictions on land development.
