The application form for confirmation of the final beneficial owners has been approved

The Order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine № 1716/5 of 19.05.2020 approved new updated application forms in the field of state registration, and finally developed Form №6 to confirm the information on the ultimate beneficial owners (CBV), to fulfill the obligations of all legal entities provided ZU № 361 dated September 16, 2019.

Clause 3 of the Order stipulates that the submission of applications may be carried out in the following ways:

• in electronic form – after finalization of software, by means of which such statements are formed in any form suitable for the perception of their content, in accordance with the information provided for each type of application, which is posted on the website of the Ministry of Justice; / li>
• in paper form regarding the election of the simplified taxation system and / or voluntary registration as a value added tax payer and / or inclusion in the Register of non-profit institutions and organizations – from the date of posting on the website of the Ministry of Justice the announcement of the simplified taxation system and / or voluntary registration as a VAT payer and / or inclusion in the Register of non-profit institutions and organizations by filling in the relevant pages of applications in the field of state registration;
• without entering the information on the telephone number and / or e-mail address of the founder / participant, head or member of the governing body of the legal entity into the USR – until the software of this register is finalized.

New application forms come into force on 01.06.2020.
